LobsteringTracy Ballington and her family are from Cape Canaveral, Fla. and own a 2007 Sailfish 2660CC. When they aren’t trolling the Atlantic Coast for mahi, you can catch them lobstering down in the Florida Keys.

Their 2660CC is the perfect boat for their everyday use. They enjoy everything from tuna fishing 100+ miles offshore, cobia fishing, scuba diving and scalloping in the Gulf, to fun family outings on the Intracoastal Waterway!

After a lot of research and a few trips to a couple of boat shows, the Ballington family chose their 2660CC.

“We purchased our Sailfish over other boats because of the unique hull design and its ability to handle rough water, plus the great fishability!” said Tracy.

As Sailfish owners, the Ballington family enjoys the built-in versatility of a serious fishing boat, a venue for family fun and a comfortable gathering place for friends – all in one boat.

“One of our favorite things about our Sailfish is the way the boat handles, the storage, and the versatility between fishing and boating,” said Tracy.

Sailfish boats offer many family-friendly accommodations including comfy bow seating; stow away tables; abundant storage space for fishing rods, day bags and boating supplies; and a retractable ski-tow bar, to name a few. Each Sailfish is built to allow for a day full of comfort and family fun.

The Ballingtons’ favorite days on their Sailfish include beautiful weekend trips to Islamorada with plenty of mahi fishing. Tracy said, “We love our Sailfish because of the fit and finish. It has a dry riding hull design and a great fuel economy and capacity.”
